Beyond the Paycheck · Privacy notice
Your data.
Your choices.
Version 2026-09-v1 · Effective 21 September 2026
This independent tool is operated by Vojislav Vujić, Belgrade, Serbia. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@vojislav.tech.
What you provide
When you submit, we collect your email address, your answers about the rewards available at work and their importance to you, up to three priorities, and your optional contact preference. We record the time, questionnaire version and privacy/consent wording version. We do not ask for your name, employer, salary, medical details or other free-text information.
Before submission, answers stay only in the current browser tab. Refreshing or closing it clears them. Submission is optional, but an email address is required to use the result service. Email addresses are not verified in this version.
What your information is used for
Your answers are processed to produce the personal assessment you request. Your email associates that submission with a contact preference and helps limit repeated submissions. Providing the requested assessment is separate from sending optional updates. We use consent as the basis for optional emails about new labs and total rewards insights: only if you actively tick the contact box.
The tool sends no emails automatically. Leaving the box unchecked does not prevent access to your result. We do not share results with your employer, sell your information, use it for advertising, or use it to train an AI model. Results are calculated from your answers using fixed rules. They do not make employment decisions or predict retention.
Where it is stored and who can access it
Production submissions are held in private Microsoft Azure storage in Germany. Vojislav can access the records to operate the service and manage contact preferences; Microsoft processes data as the hosting provider. No analytics or advertising services are included in this tool. Ordinary hosting/security logs may contain connection information such as IP addresses and request times, but the application does not log submission bodies, email addresses or private access tokens.
A local development preview clearly identifies itself and uses local storage instead of Azure. Use test addresses in that preview.
How long information is kept
- Assessments and private result access expire after 90 days.
- If you decline contact, your contact email expires after 90 days. If you opt in, it expires after 365 days from your latest submission.
- Withdrawing permission removes the contact email immediately and excludes it from new contact exports.
- We retain a minimal consent history and a keyed, non-readable reference to the address for up to two years to document choices and withdrawals. This reference is not an email address and cannot be used to contact you.
Expired information becomes inaccessible immediately and is physically removed by an hourly cleanup while the service is running. If the service is stopped, cleanup resumes when it starts.
Access, withdrawal and deletion
Save your private result link if you want to return. Anyone with that link can view or delete that assessment and withdraw contact permission, so keep it private. The token stays in the URL fragment and is not included in ordinary page request logs.
Your result page includes buttons to withdraw contact permission or delete that assessment and remove the contact email. Withdrawal does not remove access to an existing result. Any future outreach must include a separate unsubscribe link; using it requires no login. A later submission changes your contact choice only according to the checkbox on that submission.
For access, correction, deletion of all your assessments, restriction, portability or an objection to processing, contact hello@vojislav.tech. We may ask for proportionate proof of address ownership before accessing or deleting other assessments. You can also contact the competent data protection authority, including Serbia’s Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
How the result is calculated
Have it + value it = a reason to stay. Do not have it + value it = an unmet priority. Have it + do not value it = an extra. Neither = a low priority. Not sure and not applicable answers are kept separate, never converted into No. Category bars show available rewards among those you marked important. An uncertain availability answer remains in the important count and is identified separately.
